কোনো শিক্ষককে প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে যোগদানের তারিখ হতে দু বৎসর চাকুরি সমাপ্তির পরবর্তী তারিখ হতে উপ-বিধি (২), উপ-বিধি (৩), উপ-বিধি (৪) এবং উপ-বিধি (৫) এর বিধান সাপেক্ষে অনুমোদিত পদে সংশ্লিষ্ট জেলা বিদ্যালয় সংসদ কর্তৃক স্থায়ীকরণ করা হয়।

টিচার-ইনচার্জ নিযুক্তি (Appointment of Teacher-in-charge)

প্রধান শিক্ষকদের প্যানেল প্রস্তুত না হলে বা প্রধান শিক্ষকের পদ উল্লেখযোগ্য সময়ের জন্য শূন্য থাকলে ঐ বিদ্যালয়ের জ্যেষ্ঠতম (Senior Most) প্রাথমিক শিক্ষককে অস্থায়ীভাবে সর্বোচ্চ ছয় মাসের জন্য টিচার-ইনচার্জ হিসাবে দায়িত্ব দেওয়া হয়। তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, প্রধান শিক্ষক দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করার তারিখ থেকে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত শিক্ষক উক্ত দায়িত্বভার প্রধান শিক্ষকের নিকট হস্তান্তর করবেন।

ছাত্র সংখ্যা অনুপাতে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম

(1) জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা সংসদের আওতাধীন একটি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষকের roll strength শিশুদের বিনামূল্যে ও বাধ্যতামূলক শিক্ষার অধিকার আইন, ২০০৯ অনুসারে নির্ধারিত হবে। (The roll strength for a teacher of a primary school under the jurisdiction of the Council shall be determined as per the Schedule annexed to the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.)
(2) রাজ্য সরকার কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত শিক্ষকের সংখ্যার বাইরে কোনো জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা সংসদ তার আওতাধীন প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ করতে পারবে না। (No Council shall appoint teacher in primary schools within its jurisdiction beyond the number of teachers sanctioned by the State Government for the district or the sub-division.)
(3) জেলার প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে roll strength বৃদ্ধির কারণে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষকদের অতিরিক্ত পদ অনুমোদনের জন্য একটি জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা সংসদ শিক্ষা অধিকর্তার কাছে প্রস্তাব করতে পারে। বিদ্যালয় শিক্ষা অধিকর্তা তার মতামত সহ উল্লিখিত প্রস্তাবটি অতিরিক্ত পদের প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমোদনের জন্য বিদ্যালয় শিক্ষা বিভাগে প্রেরণ করবেন। A Council may propose to the Director for sanction of additional posts of primary teachers due to increase in roll strength in primary schools of the district or the subéôédivision- as the case may be. The Director of School Education will send the said proposal with his views to the School Education Department for necessary sanction of such additional post.

অকাল অবসর (Premature retirement) সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম

শিক্ষকতার চাকরির ২০ বছর পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর আগাম অবসর গ্রহণের জন্য কোনো শিক্ষকের আবেদনে সন্তুষ্ট হয়ে জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা সংসদ শিক্ষককে তার ষাট বছর বয়স পূর্ণ হওয়ার আগেই অবসর গ্রহণের অনুমতি দিতে পারে। তবে অবসরপ্রাপ্ত শিক্ষকের পরিবারের কোনো সদস্যকে এ বিষয়ে চাকরি দেওয়া হবে না। Having satisfied to the prayer of a teacher seeking early retirement, upon completion of 20 years of qualifying service, after considering all aspects, the Council may allow the teacher to retire before completion of his sixtieth year of age. No member of the family of the retired teacher shall be allowed any employment in this respect.
