বিভিন্ন ধরনের টিচিং স্টাফদের জন্য কী ভাবে Experience Certificate লিখবেন HOI রা ? কী ভাবে সংশ্লিষ্ট স্টাফের স্বার্থ সুরক্ষিত থাকবে , আবার HOI নিজেও আইনি ঝামেলায় পড়বেন না ? জানতে চাইছেন অনেকে। প্রথমে একটা এক্সপেরিয়েন্স সার্টিফিকেটের মডেল দিয়েছিলাম। ওটা ছিল সেই সমস্ত রেগুলার অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট টিচারদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য যারা একটাই স্কুলে প্রথম থেকে আছেন। নীচে দিলাম যে সমস্ত রেগুলার অ্যাসিসট্যান্ট টিচার অন্য স্কুল থেকে ট্র্যান্সফার নিয়ে বর্তমান স্কুলে জয়েন করেছেন তাঁদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রদেয় এক্সপেরিয়েন্স সার্টিফিকেটের ফরম্যাট। বাকিগুলি পরে দিচ্ছি।
