দেখুন ROPA’1990 যেটা লাঘু হয়েছে 01/01/1986 থেকে।
দেখুন এই ROPA’1990 তে G.O. no.157-Edn. (B). dt.13/06/1990 এ কি বলছে pension rules…..
বলছে “pension shall be calculated at 50% of the amount reckonable for pension arrived at on the above basis will be related to the maximum qualifying service for 33 yrs.
মানে 33 yrs এ full pension 50% হয়ে গেলো ROPA’90 থেকে ।
এবার দেখুন কি বলছে ” For employee who at the time of retirement have rendered qualifying service for 10 yrs or more but less than 33 yrs , the amount of their pension will be such proportion of the maximum admissible pension as the qualifying service rendered by them bears to the maximum qualifying service of 33 yrs.”
এর মানে 10 yrs or more but not less than 33 yrs এর pension এর ক্ষেত্রে কোনো change হলো না সেই ফরমূলা ROPA’1981 অনুযায়ী থাকলো মানে
pension = ( reckonable pension × length of service ) ÷ 33
