১)commutation of pension কি????
এটা হলো আপনার basic pensions থেকে কিছুটা অংশ বিক্রি করতে পারবেন।
2) কতদিন পর্যন্ত আবেদনের সময় থাকে??
আপনাকে অবসরগ্রহনের ১ বছরের মধ্যে আবেদন করতে হবে।
৩) commutation of pension প্রথম কবে থেকে চালু হয়???
এটির west bengal service (commutation of pension ) rules’1983 তে বার হয় , যার effect date 01/01/1984
DCRB Scheme ‘1981 এর chapter-10 এর 36 নং point এ commutation of pension সম্বন্ধে বলা আছে ” An employee who is eligible for the benefit of pension under this Scheme shall be entitled to commute for a lump sum payment at the rate determined by govt. from time to time any portion not exceeding one-third (1/3) of any pension. ” এটার মানে পরিষ্কার যে আপনি সরকার যে pension commute এর rateবেঁধে দেবে সেই rate এ pension commute করতে হবে। সেই সময়কার সরকারের pension commute এর rate হলো one-third (1/3) , আর একটা কথা বলেছে যে আপনি যে কোনো pension এই commute করতে পারবেন সেটা superannuation pension হোক বা retiring pension হোক।
DCRB scheme ‘1981 এর Appendix -7 এ pension commute এর একটি চার্ট বার হয়। teacher রের অবসরগ্রহনের next birth day থেকে ধরা হয় মানে ৬১ বছর থেকে superannuation pension এর ক্ষেত্রে।
এই সময়ে basic pension এর one-third (1/3) commute করা যেত এবং তখন 1 টাকা = 117.72
