দেখুন commutation of pension এ G.O. no 297-SE(B) dy.23/12/1994 order এবং DCRB scheme ‘1981 এ যে pension commute এর কথা one-third (1/3) বলা ছিল তা change হলো ROPA’98 এর G.O no.123-SE(B) dt.29/06/1999 এ ,এই order 10 নং point এ বলছে “The maximum amount of pension that can be commuted as per provision DCRB Scheme ‘1981 read with memo no.297-SE(B) dt.23/12/1994 shall be raised to 40% of the amount of pension . other provision in the said scheme will however continue. The time limitfor restoration of commuted portion of pension will be 15 yrs from the date of retirement.”

তাহলে পরিষ্কার হলো এই order এ যে basic pension এর 40% commute করা যাবে ,যেটি retirement এর 15 বছর পর ফেরত পাওয়া যাবে।আর বাদ বাকী সব এক থাকবে । G.O no 297-SE(B) dt 23/12/1994এর order এ যে pension commute এর চার্ট ছিল তা পরিবর্তন হয় নি G.o. no. 123-SE(B) dt.29/06/1999 এ।
