Family pension for divorced/ widowed daughter ….
Q. বিধবা এবং বিবাহ বিচ্ছিনা মহিলারা কি family pension পাওয়ার যোগ্য হবেন?????
Ans. G.O no. 39-SE(B) dt. 10/01/2008 এ বলা আছে “Governor has been pleased to decide that the benefit of family pension shall be extended to the divorced/ widowed daughter even after her attaining the age of 25 yrs till her remarriage or death. ” এখানেই পরিষ্কার যে যারা বিধবা বা বিবাহ বিচ্ছিনা তারা তাদের ২৫ বছর পর থেকে family pension পাওয়ার যোগ্য হবে তাদের মৃত্যু বা পুনরায় বিবাহ পর্যন্ত। তাদের income 2600 টাকা পর্যন্ত দেখাতে ।হবে । যদিও পরে এটা G.O no 95(80)-SE(B) dt. 13/04/2010 এ change করে করা হয়েছে monthly income less than 3500 টাকা। divorced/ widowed daughter এর family pension w.e.f 10/01/2008
Q. un married daughter তাদের 25 বছর পেরোবার পর কি তারা family pension এর যোগ্য হবে????
Ans. G.O. no. 90(80)- SE(B) dt. 13/04/2010 এ বলা আছে ” Now a proposal has been raised to extend the scope of family pension to un married daughters of such employee even after attaining the age of 25 yrs as per with the widowed/ divorced daughters.” এখানে পরিষ্কার করে বলা আছে un married daughter রা widowed / divorced daughter দের মতো family pension পাবে। আবার বলেছে “un married daughters evenafter attaining the age of 25 yrs till their marriage or death. ” অতএব পরিষ্কার un married daughter মৃত্যু বা পুনরায় বিবাহ পর্যন্ত family pension পাবেন। un-married daughter দের family pension w.e.f. 13/04/2010
