(Madhyamik English Question Paper 2026)

9. Letter to Cousin on Tree Plantation

Dear [Cousin’s Name],

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this to advise you to plant some saplings during this upcoming rainy season. Trees are our best friends; they provide oxygen, prevent soil erosion, and help maintain the ecological balance. Planting during the rainy season is ideal because the soil is moist and the atmosphere is cool, which helps the young plants grow strong without

needing constant watering. Let us make it a habit to plant at least one tree every year.

Your loving cousin,

[Your Name]
