TLM Grant to Pre-Primary for joyful Learning
TLM for Pre-Primary children to conduct joyful Learning, Rs.18.88 Crore sanctioned and disbursed to 48417 Schools thought State as Teaching and Learning Material Fund, Each school which have Pre-Primary enrollments, irrespective of Student strength will receive Rs. 3900/-, download guideline for procurement of TLM, list of Items and District-wise drawing Limit.

Guideline for procurement of TLM to conduct joyful classroom activities of Pre-Primary children.
Ref: 133/30A/ECE/PBSSM/2019 dated 19.04.2023
Madam/Sir,
With reference to the above subject, it is to inform you that a drawing limit has been assigned amounting to Rs.18,88,26,300.00 (Rupees Eighteen Crore Eighty Eight Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Three Hundred) to the all educational districts of Samagra Shiksha Mission West Bengal, the procurement of Teaching Learning Material (TLM) to conduct joyful learning activities in Pre-Primary class. A district wise breakup of allotment is also enumerated clearly in the reference letter 133/30A/ECE/PBSSM/2019 dated 19.04.2023.
For the procurement of Teaching Learning Material(TLM) a list of items are attached with this letter as Annexure-I for ready reference and convenience.
So you are requested to sub-allot the said amount of Rs.3900/- only per school to purchase those items from the market for better learning at Pre-Primary class. The Teaching Learning Materials (TLM) should be used in the class room on regular basis.
