Prompt submission of completed pension papers

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to request you to kindly make necessary arrangement so that the concerned PS As under your administrative control/Jurisdiction are instructed /  directed to –

(i) Submit pension cases to the office of AG (A &E), West Bengal 6months in advance from the date of retirement by the concerned PSAs as per GO No. 1315-F(Pen) dated 14.10.1996 & details of employees retiring in next 24 months to the office of AG(A&E), West Bengal for preparation of retirement profile and disposal of further pension cases.

(ii) Furnish the Report/ Returns to the office of AG(A&E), West Bengal on a regular basis in the prescribed format available in the website www.agwb.cag.gov.in. The said Report/Return may either be sent in a CD by post or by mail to cdppen-agac-wb@nic.in.

(iii) Be prompt in re-submission of the case of pension/family pension etc to the office of AG (A &E), West Bengal that have been returned by the office of AG (A &E), West Bengal to the PS As without finalisation due to some discrepancies to avoid unnecessary delay and Harassment to the pensioners that compelling them to resort to Right to Information Act-RTI application, Court case etc.

নির্দেশিকায় বলা হয়েছে, আগামী 6 মাসের মধ্যে যেসব কর্মীরা অবসর নেবেন তাঁদের ফাইল অবিলম্বে অর্থ দফতরে পাঠাতে হবে। আগামী 2 বছরের মধ্যে যাদের অবসর তাদের ফাইলও দ্রুত তৈরি রাখার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে।
