এতদ্বারা বিদ্যায়তন প্রধান সহ সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে Higher Secondary পরীক্ষায় শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী পারক্ষার্থীদের সাহায্যকারী- Writer এবং Extra Time –অতিরিক্ত সময় দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নলিখিত তথ্যাদি সহ নিজ নিজ আঞ্চলিক কার্যালয়ে/ উপ-সচিব / সহ -সচিব/স্পেশাল অফিসারের কাছে আবেদন করতে হবে Writer – লেখার সাহায্যকারীর ক্ষেত্রে
(১) বিদ্যায়তনের প্রধানের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে।
(২) প্রতিটি আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে আবেদনকারী ও Writer–এর (সাহায্যকারী ) প্রত্যেকের 4 (চার ) কপি করে ফটো দিতে হবে।
(৩) সাহায্যকারী- Writer এর শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা অনধিক একাদশ শ্রেণীর যোগ্যতাসম্পন্ন হতে হবে এবং তা বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধানের মাধ্যমে প্রত্যায়িত করতে হবে।
(৪) শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী Physically Challenged সম্পর্কিত সরকারি সার্টিফিকেট যুক্ত করতে হবে।
(৫) যে কেন্দ্রে ওই পারক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষা দেবে সেই কেন্দ্রের নাম ও কোড নম্বর উল্লেখ করতে হবে এবং Admit Card-এর ফটোকপি যুক্ত করতে হবে।
(৬) মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষায় সাহায্যকারী- Writer ব্যবহার করার অনুমতি পত্রের কপি (যাদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য ) যুক্ত করতে হবে।
(৭) আবেদনকারীকে আবেদনপত্রের মধ্যে অবশ্যই মোবাইল নম্বর উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
Extra Time -অতিরিক্ত সময় দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে
(১) বিদ্যায়তনের প্রধানের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে।
(২) আবেদনকারীকে আবেদন পত্রের সঙ্গে ২ কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ফটো জমা দিতে হবে।
(৩) শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী (Physically Challenged) সম্পর্কিত সরকারি সার্টিফিকেট যুক্ত করতে হবে।
(৪) যে কেন্দ্রে ওই পারক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষা দেবে সেই কেন্দ্রের নাম ও কোড নম্বর উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
(৫) Admit Card-এর ফটোকপি যুক্ত করতে হবে।
(৬) মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষায় অতিরিক্ত সময়ের অনুমতি পত্রের ফটোকপি যুক্ত করতে হবে।
(৭) আবেদনকারীকে আবেদন পত্রের মধ্যে অবশ্যই মোবাইল নম্বর উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
