Casual Leave (CL)-সংক্রান্ত স্পষ্ট ধারণা
- Casual Leave (CL) বছরে 14 টি পাওয়া যায়।
- টানা আপনি 6 দিন Casual Leave (CL) নিতে (Enjoy করতে ) পারেন।
- 7 দিনের দিন আপনাকে Join করতেই হবে ও সেই সপ্তম দিন Working Day ( কার্য দিবস ) হতে হবে।
- উদহারণ স্বরূপ , আপনি মঙ্গলবার থেকে ছুটি নিলেন, অতএব মঙ্গলবার, বুধ, বৃহস্পতি, শুক্র, শনি, রবি (6-দিন) হলো, সোমবার আপনাকে মাস্ট Join করতেই হবে।এবার যদি কোনো কারনে দেখা যায় সোমবার অন্য কোনো অফিসিয়াল ছুটি আছে, তাহলে কিন্তু হবে না, সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে শনিবার Join করতেই হবে।
- সাধারন ছুটির দিনগুলি Casual Leave (CL) এর সাথে যুক্ত হয় না।
- বিদ্যালয়ে চাকুরীরত Teacher ও Non-teaching Staff -দের ক্ষেত্রে মঙ্গলবার থেকে ছুটি নিয়ে সোমবার Join করলে আপনার 5-টা Casual Leave (CL) হবে।
- রাজ্য সরকারি Staff -দের ক্ষেত্রে মঙ্গলবার থেকে ছুটি নিয়ে সোমবার Join করলে 4-টা Casual Leave (CL) হবে , কারন রাজ্য সরকারি Staff -দের শনি ও রবি দুদিন ছুটি থাকে।
- কোনোধরনের ছুটিই আপনার অধিকার নয়।

In reply (উত্তর) to his query in his letter under reference, the undersigned is directed to state below seriatim:

| 1. What will be the time of marking for late (দেরি) attendance of the staff of the school ? | 1. Appointed hour for the staff (কর্মী) of the school and the time for commencement of classes are different. ‘Appointed hour’ for the staff of the school (স্কুল) should be fixed at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of classes. Hence the marking time for late attendance and the absence (অনুপস্থিতি) for the staff of the school are to be decided by the school authority in the best academic interest of the school. |
| 2. Whether the permanent (স্থায়ী) and temporary staff of the school can be allowed to avail themselves more than one day’s CL in the first month of the calendar year or according to proportionate basis considering the period of his /her service. | 2. Existing Leave Rules do not provide such proportionate leave. |
| 3. Whether the staff (কর্মী) of the school can be allowed to draw pay etc. against Medical Leave (ML) as prayed for before it is being sanctioned by the competent authority for the said month. | 3. Under the existing Leave Rules (নিয়ম), a staff of the school can be allowed to draw his/ her pay etc., after getting the said leave approved by the competent authority. |
