Prior permission is needed seeking treatment at AIG, Hyderabad. Presently beneficiary has to apply online from his log in. The mode of application is in the following way :
1. You have to apply from personal log in of WBHS from the link- my request- seek permission
2. Fill up necessary details
3. Upload single PDF file ( maxm size 2 mb)
4. The documents which are required to upload mentioned in order no 3-f(med) 17.1.22
5. After that submit the application online.
6. Take a print and put signature in appropriate place and attach relevant documents and submit physically.
Follow order no: 3-f(med) 17.1.22. After getting prior permission from medical cell you are permitted to get reimbursement after treatment from AIG
