Madhyamik Pariksha is a 10th standard Examination. Compulsory subjects are First language, Second language, Physical Science, Life Science, Mathematics, History and Geography.

Head Examiners, the Examiners & the Scrutineers of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) 2023 are advised to evaluate the answerscript as per guidelines of the Board and attendant inputs from Discussion Meetings of Head Examiners.

Availing Board facility prescribed for the Children With Special Needs, who are going to appear in Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2023.

Real-time test of newly launched Android Application “Elixam” for monitoring examination venues of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2023 the Examination Venues/ Centres of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2023.

It is for information to all concerned that a “Control Room” to be opened for smooth conduct of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2023 from 16.02.2023 till completion of Examination.

1st Summative Evaluation will be held not before 1st April, 2023 and to be completed within 11th April, 2023. 2nd Summative Evaluation will be held not before 1st August, 2023 and to be completed within 8th August, 2023.

Admit Card for the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2023 will be distributed through respective Camp Offices organized by the Board on 13th February, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m

Students may not involve themselves in misbehaving with Invigilators or get involved in any possible violation of examination rules and regulations.

Heads of the Institutions are requested to contact the concerned office of the District Inspectors of Schools (S.E) to collect Test Papers (2022-2023) free of cost for distribution among the students.

District Monitoring Team will not operate from any Control Room, rather operate on field to mitigate and respond to any emergent situation as per direction of District Convener.

Headmaster or Teacher-in-Charge in every school will constitute a Student Safety and Security Monitoring Committee (SSMC) with following members and will convene its meeting bi-monthly;

Filled in Forms for Registration of the students of class-IX of the academic session 2022 along with registration fees to be submitted in Camp Office. The residual Forms, if any, may be submitted to the respective Regional Council Office with late fine during office hours by 31st December, 2022.

Application must reach the respective Regional Office of the Board within 100 days from the date of publication of result of M.P. (S.E.) 2022, i.e. within 12th September 2022, failing which the application shall not be entertained.

Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2020 (both Regular & External) will be held from 18th February, 2020 to 27th February, 2020. Each day from 11.45 a.m. to 3 p.m. (First 15 minutes for reading the Question Papers only).

School Education Department recommends provisional recognition for up-gradation of 44 High Schools to Higher Secondary Level to introduce Higher Secondary level General Stream Courses for the academic session of 2014.

Control Room is opened from 17.02.2014 at West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and it will continue till completion of the Madhyamik Pariksha (S.E), 2014 in the interest of the examinees and common people as well.

·         U-DISE DCF of Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools

Heads of the Institution will be solely responsible for collection and submission of U-DISE DCF and necessary steps will be taken against them for non compliance of the order in time.

·         Madhyamik Test Exam Routine 2013 for External Candidates

·         Optional Elective/ Additional Music Practical Examination of M.P. (S.E.), 2013

The programme of Optional Elective/ Additional Music Practical Examination of M.P. (S.E.), 2013 has already been sent through post both to the Head of the Institution of the concerned schools and the concerned candidates. Provisional recognition for up-gradation of 86 High Schools to Higher Secondary Level during the academic session of 2012 Published by the Deptt. of School Education.

·         Upgradation of 100 High Schools to Higher Secondary Level

Education Deptt. recommends provisional recognition for up-gradation of 100 High Schools to Higher Secondary Level for the academic session 2012.
