New Registration Fees under New Semester System in Higher Secondary Examination.

• Registration Fees under Semester System 2025, No. L/PR/290/2025 Date: 20.05.2025

• Fees per detained student appearing Semester-I, No. L/PR/292/2025  Date: 22.05.2025

• Enrolment Charge per student in Class XII from academic Session 2025-2026, No. L/PR/305/2025 Date: 09.06.2025

• Collect an amount of Rs.70/– per student in each of the Semester including the Supplementary Examination of Class XI from the students as Examination Fees. No. No. L/PR/327/2025 Date: 18.06.2025

Notification for Online payment

I am directed to notify that Online payment system have been introduced at the Higher Secondary Council for the benefit of the schools in this COVID situation. However existing “Offline System” will also continue to act in parallel. All institutions are requested to adopt the following steps for online payment of Registration fees/Annual examination fees (Class XI)/Enrolment fees (Class XII) etc.

 

Procedure for Online payment method

 

Step:1

Please go to the website of the Council i.e www.wbchse.nic.in (Click here)

Then Online payment

Step:2

Then click on Online payment and put your six digit School code (Example: 123456)

Step:3

The click on “Search”. Following boxes will appear.

Step:4

Put the number of students/information in the respective boxes and click on “Submit” button. Then the following screen will appear.

Step:5

After confirming required fields, press “Pay Now” button. Then the following screen will appear.

Step:6

You may pay the requisite fees in any mode of Online payment such as Debit /Credit or   Internet  Banking or BHIM UPI of NEFT or SBI Branch Payment. If you are not comfortable in online mode the go for “SBI Branch Payment” option. In this mode you can deposite the money at any SBI branch all over India. For “SBI Branch payment” put your Mobile number, School name and email ID and click “Pay Now” button.

 Step:7

A challan will be generated and you have to take a printout of the challan and proceed to your nearest SBI Branch to make the payment physically.

As per the Annual Working Plan 2025-2026 vide Memo No. DSE/46/2025 dated 15/05/2025, the online submission of Registration Forms of Class XI for the Academic Year 2025-2026 along with all requisite fees, will be accepted from 02.06.2025 to 30.06.2025. The fee-structure for the registration process will remain same as per previous year, which was given in the Council’s Notification vide No. L/PR/233/2025  Date: 05.06.2024.

The undersigned is to inform all the stakeholders that the students registered in the academic session 2024-2025, who did not appear/pass Class XI Examination(S) in the existing Semester System and will subsequently appear Semester I Examination in the Academic Session 2025-2026, organised by the concerned institutions, need to deposit the following fees in respect of those students from 02.06.2025 to 30.06.2025.

• Centre Grant as mentioned above is to be collected and retained by the concerned school and to be deposited to the concerned Centre Secretary before commencing the respective Semester Examination. 

• The Council has also decided to increase the Centre Fees from Rs.15/- to Rs.25/-. The concerned institutions should collect the Centre Fees @Rs.25/- (per candidate) in each Semester including the Supplementary Examination of Semester III from the students and deposit the amount to the concerned Centre Secretary before commencing the respective Semester Examination.
