Update data for Banglar Shiksha Portal and i-OSMS, take immediate action to update the data of pending works i.e. Promotion/ Detention, Parents’ names, Sub-division, Board/Council and Examination names etc. of all students on e-portal Banglar Shiksha and also updated the Academic Section, Academic Group, Subject of all Teaching staff including Headmaster (HM) on i-OSMS(V2) for April 2021.

  • Completion of entry of student data of enrolled CWSN in Banglar Shiksha Portal within 04.07.2022
  • Completion of updation of Student Profile 2022-2023 in Banglar Shiksha Portal.

Notice

All the SI/s (Circle level) and all the Heads of the Institution (HOIs) are hereby requested to take necessary steps in connection with the following points related the Banglar Shiksha Portal as discussed in the V.C held on 24.04.2021 with Higher Authority;

  1. Pending Promotion/ detention in respect of all schools for the year 2019 and 2020 are to be complete immediately.
  2. It is reiterated that the Drop Box is to be cleared by Friday, 30th April, 2021 positively by fetching data through ‘Transfer in’ module.
  3. Schools with multiple mediums are to be verified in thee-portaland confirmed separately.
  4. Parents’ names to be updated in respect of a good number of students. Therefore, the same are to be updated.
  5. Incentives distribution from circle to schools and from Schools to students are to be updated immediately.
  6. It is observed that there are many wrong entries in respect of medium/ multiple medium of instruction which need to be updated immediately for proper distribution of incentives.
  7. Sub-division,Board/Counciland Examination names are to be updated in respect of all schools from the end of SI/s.
  8. GIS(Lat/Long) information is not collected for some newly added schools, SSK/ MSK andMadrasahsand therefore, that is to be capture it by mParidarshan Mobile App.

Pending works in e-portal Banglar Shiksha

With reference to the above, all SI/s are hereby requested to take immediate action to complete the following pending works on e-portal Banglar Shiksha;

  1. Pending Promotion/ detention in respect of all schools are to be complete immediately.
  2. Parents’ names have not been updated in respect of a good number of students. Therefore, the same are to be updated.
  3. Incentive distribution from circle to school and from Schools to students is to be updated within 20.04.2021.
  4. If it is observed that there are wrong entries in respect of medium/ multiple medium of instruction which need to be rectified then it should be updated immediately for proper distribution of incentive.
  5. Name of Sub-Division, Board/Council and Examination names are to be updated in all schools from the end of SI/s and DI/s (SE), Purulia.
  6. GIS(LAT/LONG) information is not collected for some newly added schools, SSK/ MSK and Madrasah. Therefore, all SI/s are requested to capture it by mParidarsan Mobile App.
  7. SI/s are requested to send data in prescribed format to the DI/s (SE), Purulia for inclusion of any schools, if not included earlier ine-portal Banglar Shiksha.

All SI/s are requested to take immediate action so that all pending works in Banglar Shiksha Portal  may be completed within 20.04.2021 without fail.

Hence all SI/s are requested to conduct meeting /VC with all HOIs for appropriate instruction and completion of pending work immediately. They also requested to monitor the progress of works properly.

Important notice regarding i-OSMS

Before salary submission for the month of April 2021 all Head of the Institution (HOI) will have to submit Academic Section, Academic Group, Subject of all Teaching staff including Headmaster (HM).

Salary submission process will start after 02.04.2021. Salary submission link will redirect the Head of the Institution (HOI) to put all those data.

Madam/Sir,

It has been observed that the entry of data/information pertaining to all enrolled CWSN in Banglar Shiksha Portal is yet to be completed. There is an urgent requirement to complete the pending entries.

You are therefore requested to complete the task by 04.07.2022 positively because as a declared matter of policy, which requires no reiteration, all benefits from Government should flow to those students who are enlisted in the Banglar Shiksha Portal. For successful completions of the task within the time stipulated, a comprehensive approach is required. For this reason assistance may be secured from all concerned as per requirement and a coordinated effort is required among the office of the DEOs, DIs (Primary Education) and DIS (Secondary Education).

It should be cleared to all that no enrolled CWSN should be left out in the entry of the portal. If felt necessary collateral data like UDISE data, individual CSWN related information as available with DEOs may be referred to for ensuring correctness of the data. Please also note that non-availability of Disability Certificate shall not be a bar to enter the data of enrolled CWSN in Banglar Shiksha Portal. However, in case of any doubt arise about the nature of special needs the opinion of Special Educators attached with SSA can be sought by the concerned School(s).
