| Sub: Incorporation of Deduct Recoveries heads of account in GRIPS |
| In terms of FD Memo No. 4100-F(Y) dated 28.09.2022, GRIPS 2.0 was launched with additional features like collection into deposit accounts maintained at various treasuries/ PAOs and collection into bank accounts of various ULBs/ Government companies/ Undertakings/ Corporations and other government parastatals besides collection of tax and non-tax receipts of the state government. |
| Payments in the nature of deduct recoveries/ recoveries of overpayment were out of the ambit of GRIPS. Now after careful consideration, as well as with a view to move towards paperless treasury and for greater conveniences of the depositors, the Governor is pleased to include the facility for receipts under deduct recovery heads of account having detailed head ’70-Deduct Recoveries’ for recovery of overpayments pertaining to all departments under a new service “Recovery of overpayment” in GRIPS. |
| Such payments can be done using online and offline modes of payment through all participating banks and payment gateway (SBIepay). |
| This shall be effective immediately. |

28.09.2022 তারিখের FD মেমো নং 4100-F(Y) এর পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে , GRIPS 2.0 বিভিন্ন কোষাগার/PAO-এ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা আমানত অ্যাকাউন্টে সংগ্রহ এবং বিভিন্ন ULB/সরকারি কোম্পানি/আন্ডারটেকিং/এর ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টে সংগ্রহের মতো অতিরিক্ত বৈশিষ্ট্য সহ চালু করা হয়েছিল। কর্পোরেশন এবং অন্যান্য সরকারী প্যারাস্ট্যাটালগুলি রাজ্য সরকারের ট্যাক্স এবং অ-ট্যাক্স রসিদ সংগ্রহের পাশাপাশি।
ডিডাক্ট রিকভারি/অতিরিক্ত পেমেন্টের পুনরুদ্ধারের প্রকৃতির অর্থপ্রদানগুলি GRIP-এর পরিধির বাইরে ছিল। এখন সাবধানতার সাথে বিবেচনা করার পরে, সেইসাথে কাগজবিহীন কোষাগারের দিকে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার এবং আমানতকারীদের আরও সুবিধার জন্য, গভর্নর অ্যাকাউন্টের ডিডাক্ট রিকভারি হেডের অধীনে প্রাপ্তির সুবিধা অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে পেরে খুশি হয়েছেন যার বিস্তারিত শিরোনাম ’70-ডিডাক্ট রিকভারি’ রয়েছে। GRIPS-এ একটি নতুন পরিষেবা “অতিরিক্ত পরিশোধের পুনরুদ্ধার” এর অধীনে সমস্ত বিভাগের সাথে সম্পর্কিত অতিরিক্ত অর্থপ্রদানের পুনরুদ্ধার।
এই ধরনের অর্থপ্রদানগুলি সমস্ত অংশগ্রহণকারী ব্যাঙ্ক এবং পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (SBIepay) এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্টের অনলাইন এবং অফলাইন মোড ব্যবহার করে করা যেতে পারে।
এটি অবিলম্বে কার্যকর হবে।
