WBSR āĻāϰ 17 āĻĨā§āĻā§ 24 āύāĻŽā§āĻŦāϰ āϧāĻžāϰāĻžā§ Lien āύāĻŋā§ā§ āĻāϞā§āĻāύāĻž āĻāϰāĻž āĻšā§ā§āĻā§āĨ¤āĨ¤ 5225-F dt 17.05.1995 – āĻāϤ⧠lien āĻāϰ āϏāϰā§āĻŦāĻļā§āώ āĻŦā§āϝāĻžāĻā§āϝāĻž āĻĻā§āĻā§āĻž āĻšā§ā§āĻā§āĨ¤ āϏā§āĻāĻžāύ⧠āĻŦāϞāĻž āĻšā§ā§āĻā§ âLien will now represent only the right / title of a Government employee to hold a regular post, whether permanent or temporary, either immediately or on the termination of the period of absence.â
1. Lien is the right of a govt employee to hold a regular post whether it may be temporary or permanent.
2. The said benefits will be enjoyed by all employees who are confirmed in service.
3. It is initially granted for a period of two years in terms of rule 19 note 2(ii) of WBSR pt I. The lien is further extended for maxm period of one year interms of rule 19 note 2(iv) of WBSR pt 1 on written prayer from the incumbent. ( Fresh undertaking is sought from the candidate in both cases that-s/he will revert back to original post or resign from the post after the expiry of term.)
4. Apply to appointing authority of present department through proper channel alongwith appointment letter of latter service, copy of NOC , confirmation order of present service etc.
