PROCESSING OF NEW FUNCTIONALITY IN WBHS :
After the introduction of digitally signed enrollment certificate from head of office ,many software related changes have been made while generating certificate, addition/deletion of member, claim processing, transfer of enrolled beneficiary, updation of various data, conversation from employee to pensioner etc. Presently HOO is deemed to be the authority in place of DDO which was considered earlier. Therefore all system related conversions have to channelise through HOO. But HOO will act through different levels. Therefore creation of organisational work flow is necessary in WBHS portal. Basing upon the type of office , chain of hierarchy is different. The different elements of the chain are operator, recommending authority, delegated approver, HOO. There are various types of system related questions are asked from group members who deals with such type of work. In this context I am sharing pictures of a write-up on processing of new functionality in WBHS.
