English Summary:

The author was waiting at the Faizabad railway station for a train to Lucknow. Monkeys were playing around, snatching food and items from passengers. A businessman (Sethji) arrived, and a monkey suddenly snatched his finely embroidered cap. While Sethji was helpless and confused, a poor fruit vendor came forward. The vendor offered a couple of bananas to the monkey and successfully rescued the cap. However, when the vendor asked for two annas to cover the cost of the bananas, the businessman insulted him and gave him only one anna. The story highlights the contrast between the generous fruit vendor and the ungrateful, wealthy businessman.
