| The Governor is pleased to announce that Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s ‘Prakash Purab’ will be observed as a departmental holiday for Sikh community employees working in state government offices, local bodies, statutory bodies, boards, corporations and controlled or owned institutions. All over the state by state government, educational institutions, etc. |
| A separate notification will be issued every year specifying the dates of departmental holidays. |

রাজ্যপাল এই ঘোষণা করে খুশি যে গুরু গোবিন্দ সিং জির ‘প্রকাশ পুরব’ রাজ্য সরকারী অফিস, স্থানীয় সংস্থা, সংবিধিবদ্ধ সংস্থা, বোর্ড, কর্পোরেশন এবং নিয়ন্ত্রিত বা মালিকানাধীন প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলিতে কর্মরত শিখ সম্প্রদায়ের কর্মচারীদের জন্য বিভাগীয় ছুটি হিসাবে পালন করা হবে। রাজ্য সরকার, শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান, ইত্যাদি দ্বারা সমগ্র রাজ্যে।
বিভাগীয় ছুটির তারিখ উল্লেখ করে প্রতি বছর আলাদা বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করা হবে।
