National Scholarship Portal and Website links for Scholarships

Government of India has launched the National Scholarship Portal or NSP for the purpose of digitizing the application process for scholarships. Through this National Scholarship Portal (NSP), a total of 80 types of Scholarship Scheme and about 100 crore rupees are provided to the students. About 100 lakh applicants get help through this National Scholarship Portal. Now this year, School, College and University students have to register their name in the National Scholarship Portal to get this scholarship.

National Scholarship Portal-NSP

ভারত সরকার Scholarship এর আবেদন প্রক্রিয়াকে Digitization করার উদ্দেশ্যে National Scholarship Portal বা NSP শুরু করেছেন। এই National Scholarship Portal এর মাধ্যমে মোট 80 (Eighty) রকমের Scholarship Scheme এবং প্রায় 100 কোটি টাকা শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রদান করা হয়।প্রায় 100 লক্ষ আবেদনকারী এই National Scholarship Portal এর মাধ্যমে সাহায্য পেয়ে থাকেন। প্রতি বছরের মতো এই বছরেও স্কুল, কলেজ এবং কলেজ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীকে এই Scholarship পাওয়ার জন্য National Scholarship Portal এ নিজের নাম Register করতে হবে।এই প্রক্রিয়াটি সম্পূর্ণ অনলাইনে হবে।

About National Scholarship Portal

National Scholarship Portal শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য এক One-stop সমাধান। এখানে নতুন শিক্ষার্থীকে কেবলমাত্র একবারই নিজের নাম Register করতে হবে। Renewal of Scholarships প্রক্রিয়াটিও সম্পূর্ণ অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে করতে হবে। পোস্টের মাধ্যমে কোনও Documents পাঠানোর দরকার নেই। শুধু Documents গুলি স্ক্যান করে Upload করতে হবে।

Scheme in National Scholarship Portal

Class-I থেকে PhD course পর্যন্ত শিক্ষার্থীরা National Scholarship Portal মাধ্যমে এই Scholarship এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন। বর্তমানে National Scholarship Portal এ 4 ( Four) ধরণের Scheme তালিকাভুক্ত-

1. Central Government Scheme
2. State Government Scheme
3. UGC Scheme
4. AICTE Scheme

 

Eligibility for National Scholarship Portal

National Scholarship Portal তে শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য প্রায় 80 (Eighty) রকমের Scholarship Scheme রয়েছে।আবেদনকারী ঠিক কোন প্রকার Scholarship Scheme জন্য যোগ্য, সেটা প্রথমে যাচাই করতে হবে। 

যাচাইপদ্ধতি:

1. সর্বপ্রথমে Visit theNational Scholarship Portal(website: scholarships.gov.in)
2. Under the ‘Services‘ menu click on ‘Scheme Eligibility‘ link
3. Provide some basic information about yourself (State, Course, Religion, Gender etc.)
4. Click on Check Eligibility button.

Registration & New Application for National Scholarship Portal

National Scholarship Portal তে খুব সহজেই Registration (নতুন আবেদনের জন্য) করানো যাই Academic information এবং Personal information প্রদান করে। National Scholarship Portal থেকে Scholarship পাওয়ার জন্য One-time Registration বাধ্যতামূলক (Mandatory).

Registration for National Scholarship Portal:

1. সর্বপ্রথমে Visit theNational ScholarshipPortal (website: scholarships.gov.in)
2. ‘New Registration’অপশনের উপর ক্লিক করুন। 
3. আবেদনের আগে সমস্ত গাইডলাইন সাবধানে পড়ুন এবং ‘Continue’ এর উপর ক্লিক করুন। 
4. Basic details গুলো পূর্ণ করুন, যেমন-State,ScholarshipCategory (Pre-matric, Post-matric), Name of the Student, Mobile Number, Email, Bank Account details, Aadhaar Number ইত্যাদি। 
5. প্রক্রিয়াটি সম্পূর্ণ করার জন্য Register button এর উপর ক্লিক করুন। 
6. আপনি আপনার Mobile Number and Email Address এ একটি Unique Student Application Id and Password পেয়ে যাবেন।

Application for National Scholarship Portal:

1. পুনরায় Visit theNational Scholarship Portal
   2. Login option উপর ক্লিক করুন এবং Application Id and Password দিয়ে Login করুন। 
2. Default Password টি পরিবর্তন করে নিন।
   4. National Scholarship Portalএর Dashboard থেকে EligibleScholarship Schemes টি বেছে নিন এবং বামদিকের Application Form option এ ক্লিক করুন। 
   5. এখন Registration Details, Academic Details and Basic Details দিয়ে Application Form টি পূর্ণ করুন। 
3. এখানে বর্তমান School/College/University এর নাম বেছে নিতে হবে List থেকে, সিলেক্ট বর্তমান Course, পূর্বের Board/University name, পূর্বের Course, Passing year and Marks obtained.
   7. Under Scheme Details সিলেক্ট, Entered criteria অনুযায়ী আপনার Eligible schemes গুলি দেখতে পারেন।
   8.Scholarshipscheme সিলেক্ট করুন এবং Upload scanned documents.

National Scholarship Portal স্কলারশিপের আবেদনের জন্য নিম্নলিখিত  Documents গুলি শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানে Upload / জমা করতে  হবে।

(i) Front Page of Bank Passbook. 
(ii) Aadhar Card
(iii) Domicile Certificate 
(iv) Mark sheet of the last exam passed 
(v) Income Certificate 
(vi) Student Photograph 
(vii) Caste Certificate (if available) 
(viii) EWS Certificate (if available) 

Scholarship Application প্রক্রিয়াটি শেষ করতে Final Submit button এ ক্লিক করুন।এবার Print your Application এবং প্রয়োজন হলে নিম্নলিখিত Documents গুলি গেঁথে নিজের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে জমা দিতে হবে।

Scholarship এর পরিমাণ যদি 50,000 / – টাকার কম হয় তবে কোনও Documents Upload করার দরকার নেই।আবেদনকারীর School/College/University তে কেবলমাত্র Documents এর একটি অনুলিপি (জেরক্স) জমা দিন।

Renewal Application for National Scholarship Portal

Registered students, যারা ইতিমধ্যে National Scholarship Portal ব্যবহার করে National Scholarship পেয়েছে তারা Scholarship Renewal এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

1. সর্বপ্রথমে Visit theNational Scholarship Portal (website: scholarships.gov.in)
2. Home page এ Login অপশনে ক্লিক করুন এবং Renewal Year টি নির্বাচন করুন।
3. এখন Application Id and Password দিয়ে Login করুন। 
4. RenewalScholarshipApplication এর জন্য বিস্তারিত তথ্য দিন এবং এটি জমা (Submit) করুন।

Application Status for National Scholarship Portal

আবেদনকারীরা Scholarship Application status অনলাইনে মাধ্যমে যাচাই করতে পারেন।আবেদনকারী জানতে পারবেন যে, তাদের Scholarship Application টি Process or Not এবং তারা কখন Scholarship Amount পাবেন।

1. সর্বপ্রথমে Visit theNational Scholarship Portal(website: scholarships.gov.in)
2. এখন Application Id and Password দিয়ে Login করুন। 
3. Check Your Status option এ ক্লিক করুন।
4. তারপর স্ক্রিনে আপনি নিজের CurrentScholarshipApplication status টি  দেখতে পাবেন।

Last date of National Scholarship Portal

সাধারণত বোর্ড পরীক্ষার ফলাফল বা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলির ফলাফল প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পরেই Online Scholarship Application শুরু হয়। এই বছর National Scholarship Portal (NSP) এর নতুন আবেদন August’2020  থেকে শুরু হয়েছে চলবে December’ 2020 পর্যন্ত। 

কোনো নির্দিষ্ট Scholarship/স্কিমের শুরুর তারিখ এবং শেষের তারিখ Scheme অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।তাই মাঝে মাঝে National Scholarship Portal ভিজিট করুন আপনার Application এর শুরু/শেষ হওয়ার তারিখটি যাচাই করার জন্য।

The students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination in 2022 and are listed in the Top 20th Percentile of the said examination are eligible to apply for Fresh Scholarship under Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University students through National Scholarship Portal. The students are advised to visit the website for registration and check details regarding the scheme. The registration and application process will be closed on 31.10.2022.

The following information should be noted

The students/Institute Nodal Officers are advised to contact with the State Nodal Officer of the scheme /Deputy Secretary (General), West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education via mail at dsgeneral@wbchse.org.in for any query related to the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University students. The students /INOs are further requested to go through the detailed guidelines of Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University students in the National Scholarship Portal.
