West Bengal Treasury Regulations, 2005
West Bengal Depository Rules is partitioned into three sections. Part I contains Depository Rules made by the Lead representative according to the Constitution of India. Part II contains Auxiliary Standards outlined by the Clergyman of Money in conference with the Bookkeeper General of the RBI. Furthermore, Part III contains Chief Guidelines and Orders for the direction of the Depository Officials in different issues.
